1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the I Got Next web application, operated by Daylen, an individual doing business as I Got Next, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. By creating an account or using any part of the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms.

2. Description of Service

I Got Next is a basketball court discovery and check-in platform that allows users to:

• Find basketball courts near their location
• Check in to courts to signal their presence to other users
• View real-time court activity from other players
• Access premium features through a paid Pro subscription

The App is a web-based platform accessible via browser. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for extended periods. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent check-in information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without permission
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

5. Pro Subscription

5.1 Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

5.2 Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to offer refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Location Services

The App requests access to your device location to display nearby courts. Location access is optional — the App will function with reduced features if location is denied. We do not track your location in the background. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how location data is handled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of I Got Next — including but not limited to the name, logo, design, and code — are the exclusive property of I Got Next. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Court data contributed by users remains the property of those users, but by submitting data you grant I Got Next a non-exclusive license to display and use that data within the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. I Got Next is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Map data is provided by Google Maps and must be attributed accordingly within the App as per Google's terms of service.

9. Disclaimers

I Got Next is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times or free from errors
• Court information will be accurate, complete, or current
• Check-in data from other users will be truthful or reliable

Use of the App to travel to basketball courts involves inherent physical risks. I Got Next is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or your activities at any court.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Got Next and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or personal injury — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
