1. Who We Are

I Got Next is operated by Daylen, an individual doing business as I Got Next, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. These Terms apply to both player users and facility or business users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of Services

I Got Next provides a basketball court discovery and check-in platform for players and a facility engagement platform for operators. Services may include:

• Finding courts and viewing real-time activity
• GPS-verified check-ins and player presence
• Player profiles, squads, reviews, and recommendations
• Facility listings, analytics, and engagement tools
• Paid subscriptions or service plans for players and facilities

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security risks.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

5.1 Player Subscriptions

Player "Pro" subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

5.2 Facility Plans

Facility or business plans may include pilots, subscriptions, or custom agreements. If you are a facility customer, your plan terms are governed by these Terms and any written agreement you accept during onboarding.

5.3 Refunds and Changes

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. AI Features

Some features may use automated or AI-assisted systems to generate recommendations, insights, or summaries. These outputs are for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

7. User Content and Feedback

You may submit content such as court data, reviews, check-ins, and feedback. You grant I Got Next a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, display, and distribute this content for operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or misleading check-ins or reviews
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Access or probe systems without authorization
• Scrape or copy data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Evade enforcement or create multiple accounts to bypass limits

9. Location Services

The App uses location to show nearby courts and validate check-ins. Location access is optional. If you deny location, the App will function with reduced features. We do not track location in the background.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third parties such as Google Maps, Firebase, Stripe, and Vercel. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or reliability of court data, activity, or AI-generated insights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Got Next is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or personal injury.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Got Next from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, security risks, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Services at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Guilford County, North Carolina.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice via email or in-app messaging. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
